If you have ordered or are looking to order, we’re here to help with the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions!


  • Ordered multiple items?

If you have ordered multiple items, please note that they may be delivered at separate times. This could be because some items take longer to make than others, or we are waiting for more fabric stock to arrive.

For large orders, we may not be able to fit everything into one box, so note that deliveries may arrive in separate boxes.

  • Where does Boeboes deliver to?

Boeboes will deliver to anywhere in the UK! We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK, unless we agree otherwise with you in advance of you placing your order with us.

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

During the order process we will let you know the estimated delivery date when we expect to provide the products to you, which will usually be within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.


My Orders

  • What if I change my mind on the item I have ordered after it has been placed?

If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. For bespoke items such as our Roman Blinds, depending on what stage of production your order is in we may be able to cancel your order and offer a refund. However, if your blind is in a later stage of production it will be trickier for us to make any changes. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further information.


Returns and Refunds

  • Can I get a refund for an item that I wish to return?

At Boeboes we do everything to ensure that our customers are pleased with their products, however should you wish to return an item, a full refund can be given for our non-bespoke items if the item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving your products and in the original condition that it was delivered in. We do not offer a refund for bespoke items, such as our Roman Blinds, as these items are made specifically to your measurements.

We will make any refunds due to you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.

  • How do I return an item?

We’re pretty certain you’ll instantly fall in love with your Boeboes product, however you have 14 days to return an item should you wish to do so.  We love doing our bit to help the environment, so to return your item please use the original box that your item was delivered in so that it can be recycled. Return charges are at your own cost. 


Measuring and Installing my Roman Blinds

  • What should I do if My Roman Blind doesn’t fit?

If we are making the product to measurements you have given us you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct. You can find information and tips on how to measure in the measuring section of our Step by Step Guide to Roman Blinds or by contacting us. We are not responsible for a blind not fitting if the customer inputted the measurements incorrectly themselves. We can’t offer a refund for this either as the product was made to suit the customers order request. 

All of our Roman Blinds are checked by our quality control team before they are dispatched to ensure our high standard of quality is always maintained. However, if you believe the measurement fault was made on our behalf, please return the blind to us and get in touch to find out what your refund options are or read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

  • How do I measure my window?

We’ve created a measuring guide to help you which you can find it in the measuring section of our Step by Step guide to Roman Blinds. 

  • How do I install my Roman Blind?

We’ve created an installation guide to help you. This will arrive with you blind or you can find it in the installation section of our Step By Step guide to Roman Blinds. 


Product Care

  • How do I clean my product?

All of our cushions, dog beds, bed valances and bolster cushions are dry clean only so just take them to the dry cleaners! - It's worth mentioning to them to take extra care and use a sensitive wash.

It is possible to dry clean our blinds too if they happen to get a mark on them that won’t budge, however in general we would just suggest giving them a gentle hoover or a pat down to get the dust out if they need it.
